Since Claims Consultants headquarters is in a coastal state, we have dedicated a large portion of our resources to marine claims. Because of the diverse and almost unlimited variety of ships and boats, we keep our adjusters up to date with manufacturing and repair techniques.
Due to the intricacies of these claims, we only use experienced Marine Adjusters on our Marine Claims Team, and on those occasions necessary we utilize Marine Surveyors from our extensive nationwide list.
Our adjusters and staff are proficient in policy interpretation, claims management, and customer service. We utilize a very comprehensive Boat/Fiberglass estimating software designed for marine repairs to aid our adjusters in acquiring a correct estimate.
