With Claims Consultants' corporate office being located in Mobile, AL area, and with affiliate offices in Atlanta GA, Ft. Walton Beach, FL, Jacksonville FL, and Detroit, MI, our company has been successful in providing Catastrophe Services on a national basis.

Our successful growth pattern enables us to look at new ways to better serve our current and future clients.

We have made it our goal to be prepared if a catastrophe occurs. The following allow us to expand or move our operations if necessary.

  • We own our headquarters' building in Satsuma, Alabama. The location has over 7,500 square feet of currently used office space, as well as another 3800 square feet of additional office space if needed. The 3800 square feet additional space currently houses cubicles and the connections needed to add more staff if needed by an event.
  • We are self-sufficient in our building, with nature gas appliances, permanent nature gas generator, satellite weather monitoring, and wireless satellite internet capabilities.
  • We also have 10,000 square feet of land surrounding the buildings that can be used for additional space with temporary offices if needed by a client or us.
  • We are located on US Highway 43 and are within 15 miles from I-10 and 3 miles from I-65, we can move to our other three locations immediately.
  • Our IT staff can move and reconnect our hardware at any of our other locations and continue normal business operations within one day.
  • We update our Web Based Database Software as we see the need to improvements and additional information. This software package allows us to streamline our claims database, our claim uploading process, and our adjuster payroll process.
